A Verified badge means the listing belongs to a Pro member whose details we’ve confirmed. It’s a sign the information is kept up to date by the venue.

On a court’s page, look for the Book this court section. Verified (Pro) listings either link to the venue’s own booking page or show a request form you can fill in — the venue then contacts you to confirm. For other listings, use the contact number or “Get directions.”

Yes — searching, browsing, and booking requests are completely free for players.

Let us know via the contact page and we’ll review it. If you’re the venue owner, you can claim your listing to manage it yourself.

Submit it for free on the Submit a Court page. We review each submission before it goes live, and you’ll get an account to manage it.

Yes. Open your court’s page and click “Is this your court? Claim this listing.” Fill in the short form and we’ll verify and grant you ownership.

A free Basic listing includes your name, location, map pin, up to 3 photos, contact details and reviews. Pro unlocks the verified badge, online bookings & inquiries, featured placement in search, unlimited photos, amenities & promo highlights, listing analytics, and priority support.

Featured is a paid add-on that floats your listing to the very top of search results for your city, region and the “near me” page — and into the homepage featured row — with a standout ★ Featured badge. It’s the most visible spot on PickleMap.

Pro upgrades your listing’s content and tools — verified badge, online bookings, unlimited photos, amenities and analytics — and ranks you above free listings. Featured is a separate “spotlight” add-on that puts you at the very top of search, the scarce #1 position. You can buy Featured on its own (even on a free listing) or add it on top of Pro for maximum visibility.

Featured is ₱499 per month. Open the Pricing page (or your listing) and click “Get Featured”, pay via GCash, then email your receipt to hello@picklemap.ph. We activate it within 24 hours; it runs for 30 days and is renewable.

Click Upgrade to Pro from your listing or dashboard. You’ll see our GCash payment page — pay the monthly fee, email your receipt, and we activate Pro within 24 hours.

Log in via Owner Login to reach your dashboard, where you can edit details, add photos, set amenities and promos, and (for Pro) view your listing’s views and booking leads.
