Western Visayas has quietly become one of the country’s liveliest pickleball scenes. Between Bacolod’s booming club culture and Iloilo’s fast-growing roster of courts, players in the region now have more places to dink, drive and drop-shot than ever. Here’s a city-by-city guide to where you can play across the two biggest hubs in the Visayas.
Bacolod City
The City of Smiles has embraced pickleball with real momentum — from converted warehouses to a brand-new tournament-grade facility along the airport road. These are the venues worth knowing.
Northill Gateway Pickleball
Megaworld’s Northill Gateway township hosts Bacolod’s newest dedicated pickleball courts. Operated by ADA Sports, the facility offers tournament-standard courts and a lounge area — a polished, modern place to play for members and drop-ins alike.
Pickle Warehouse Bacolod
One of Bacolod’s original indoor venues, Pickle Warehouse turned an industrial space into a dedicated pickleball hub. It’s a favorite for open play and takes online bookings, so it’s easy to reserve a court ahead of time.
Paddle House Bacolod
Paddle House rounds out the city’s indoor options with courts available for casual games and group bookings. It’s a solid choice if your regular spot is fully booked on a busy evening.
Bacolod Pickleball HQ & One Pickle Hub Bacolod
Two community-driven venues that have helped grow the local scene through leagues, socials and beginner-friendly sessions. Both are great entry points if you’re new to the sport and looking for a welcoming group to play with.
Iloilo City
Iloilo’s pickleball community has expanded quickly, with courts now spread from the city’s malls to dedicated sports centers. If you’re in the City of Love, you’re never far from a game.
SM City Iloilo Pickleball
Part of SM’s nationwide pickleball push, the courts at SM City Iloilo bring the sport to a convenient mall setting with parking, food and easy access — ideal for a game before or after errands.
Gran Plains Pickleball Center
A dedicated pickleball center that’s become a go-to for regulars, offering multiple courts for open play, coaching and friendly competition.
North Grove Pickleball & PicklePoint Iloilo
Two more purpose-built venues serving Iloilo’s growing base of players, with regular sessions for all skill levels.
CPU Gymnasium Pickleball & Iloilo Festive Mall Courts
From the Central Philippine University gymnasium to the courts at Iloilo Festive Walk, these venues show how the sport has woven itself into the city’s campuses and lifestyle districts. The Iloilo Pickleball Club and Athletes Point Sports Center complete the lineup for the city.
Planning your game
Court rates across Western Visayas typically run from around ₱350 to ₱750 per hour depending on whether the courts are indoor, US-standard or mall-based. Most venues welcome walk-ins during open play, but booking ahead is smart on weekends and evenings when demand peaks.
